This week, it’s Rocket Jones at the helm of the Carnival of the Recipes.I’m especially pleased to see Ted hosting CotR, for it was he who alerted me to its very existence back in February of this year. He had linked to a post in which I provided the recipe for Lil Pachter’s Braised Brisket - a recipe for Jewish-style braised brisket that I consider to be the finest example of the genre - and his linkpost alluded to a Carnival. Since then, I have been a semi-regular contributor.
Anyway, why are you lollygagging around here when you can be getting your dose of the scrumptious? Go visit the Rocket Man!
