Any dictionary-hound will tell you that “Punctilious” does not necessarily mean “Punctual.” Just when I was convinced that last week’s Carnival of the Recipes had disappeared into a black hole somewhere, along comes an e-mail from - who else? - Punctilious...
...announcing that the Carnival is (at last!) up and cooking.
A wee bit late, perhaps, but Punky has put up yet another fine Carnival, one that is well worth the wait.
